More than 100,000 people have been evacuated from the wildfires raging in Los Angeles.

Variety reported that the Oscar nominations reveal had been moved forward two days due to the wildfires in California.

The nearly 10,000 members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences were originally supposed to cast their votes by January 12. The new deadline is now January 14.

Several Los Angeles film industry events have also been canceled. This week’s Critics Choice Awards were moved up two weeks. The premieres of several films such as Unstoppable, Wolf Man and Better Man have also been cancelled.

At least Jimmy Kimmel and Grey’s Anatomy have been suspended.

This year’s Oscars will be hosted by Conan O’Brien and will take place on March 2nd.
