Arma 3 is one of the best military simulators ever created. It is used by many armies around the world and is very popular among weapons and military equipment enthusiasts. The game was released in 2013, but it can celebrate great success this year as well. During the summer sale at Steam sold a record number of copies of this game.

The military simulator Arma 3 is very unique, and the popularity of the game is proven by the recently published sales data during the summer sale on Steam. Over half a million copies of the game were sold during the two-week sale. With this number he boasted head of the game studio Bohemia Interactive on the X social network.

The amount of the discount definitely contributed to this sales success. It was 90%, so the basic edition of the game could be purchased for only 2.79 euros (70 crowns). Within 14 days, the game’s fan base grew by half a million unique players.

Most copies sold in 24 hours in history

On the first day of sales, the studio managed to sell 98,500 units of the game, which is the most units sold since its release. In addition, on the same day, the studio Bohemia Interactive recorded the highest sales of all its games during the entire existence of this studio. This proves that Czech games have a very good reputation around the world and are in demand.

Arma 4 is in development

A sequel to this hit game is already in the works, but release is several years away. The game is currently in early development. But last year saw the release of the spin-off Arma Reforger, which focuses on the Cold War period and regularly receives new content. The game runs on the Enfusion game engine, which will also be used in the case of Army 4.
