Saturday, July 20, at 8 p.m., Els Atrapasomnis will close the Petit PAS, inside the PAS Festival (Sound Arts Bridge) of the Devil’s Bridge. They will do it with a show to encourage respect and cooperation between all people, and learn about the different traditions. A very participatory and dynamic show where families participate in many moments with dances, games and songs.
The Atrapasomnis bring all their adventures and songs with a band of different formats and ready to catch the party. With the characters accompanying them at every show, they will sing and dance to their hits and other well-known popular songs. A show with movement and suitable for all ages. The Siseta Serpent, the cowboys, The Sabbath, The seal Philomena, The Marieta nightclub and many more will sound with lots and lots of rhythm.
“The group was born 11 years ago with the intention of giving children a good time. For us it was entertainment, because we come from the CAU, and we like to make the children dance and sing”, explains Jordi Masferrer, vocalist. One night at CAU they decided to take the stage “and we’ve already done more than 1,200 concerts”.

Masferrer says that “many of the members of Els Atrapasomnis are lifelong friends, and this means that we have created a small family, which has been growing and evolving musically. We are all motivated, we always have ideas and we never get tired. We just want to have a good time, live to the fullest this moment that life has given us and convey what we want with our music”.

Through their show they transmit values because they consider that they “never have enough”. “We are at a time when there is a lack of messages that can help children to integrate these values”. Their latest show is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a project they also work on in schools. “Through music and our characters we talk about respect for the planet and for all people”.
