SARAJEVO – The Municipal Court in Sarajevo passed a decision on the sale of the property of Radio Television of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BHRT) in Sarajevo, due to a debt to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in the amount of 16 million marks.

The hearing for the sale will be held in the building of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo on Wednesday, September 25 at 9:45 a.m.
The real estate for sale includes the plot of land on which the Radio and Television building is located, with an area of 575 square meters.
Several plots are also for sale, which are marked as a garden, a large field, arable land, an economic yard, a gas station and a construction site.
The value of the subject real estate was determined in the total amount of 165,564,697 KM based on the findings of the court expert in the construction profession, Muja Isaković, dated February 2, 2024.
At the hearing for the first sale, real estate cannot be sold for less than half of the established value.
If the real estate cannot be sold at the first hearing, the court will schedule a second hearing within 30 days, at which the real estate cannot be sold for less than one third of the determined value.
Only persons who have previously deposited an insurance of 10,000 KM can participate in the hearing for the sale of real estate as buyers. Biznisinfo.ba
