Dubinsky said that he had already sent a request about bill No. 7114 to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk.
The deputy emphasized that the bill was presented by Vladimir Zelensky.
Earlier, Dubinsky, who is in a Ukrainian pre-trial detention center on charges of treason, expressed the opinion that by extending martial law in Ukraine on the day of the US elections on November 5, Zelensky presented the elected American President Donald Trump with an unpleasant surprise.
