But the good news is that this time West Indies cricket is bringing another similar tournament. The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) team has also been invited to participate in the tournament.

The West Indies Global Super League will start on November 26 this year. And the final of this tournament will be held on December 7. Among the five nations, Guyana Amazon Warriors from West Indies will participate in the tournament. Besides, one team each from England, Australia, Pakistan and Bangladesh is getting a chance to play.

Fortune Barisal, the current champion of BPL from Bangladesh, had the opportunity to play. However, they have informed that they will not be able to organize the team in a short period of time. Runners-up Comilla Victorians will also not play in the upcoming season’s BPL. As a result, an opportunity has come in front of the semi-finalist Rangpur Riders.

On Monday (October 7), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Farooq Ahmed confirmed the participation of the Bangladeshi team in the tournament and said, ‘Global Super League will be played with five teams and five will come from different countries. Will come from Bangladesh, Pakistan, West Indies, England and Australia. offered us to go.’
