The CCC Group is multiplying its actions to strengthen its growth




Owner of the e-commerce sites Panier des Sens, Maison du Savon de Marseille and la Crique, the Groupe Crèmes Cosmétiques Compagnie (CCC) is refining its expansion with, respectively, a new stake, a strengthening of the general management and the launch of a new eco-responsible logistics platform.

The CCC Group (Crèmes Cosmétiques Compagnie), a pioneer in natural and committed beauty, is accelerating its expansion. Starting with the group acquiring a minority stake in SHP (Savonnerie de Haute Provence) in La Maison du Savon de Marseille. This investment marks the first external growth operation of the CCC Group. Faced with financial difficulties for 2 years now, La Maison du Savon de Marseille, specialized for over 20 years in solid natural products for daily well-being, was looking for industrial partners who were experts in its market to support and relaunch its activity. Its president, Christophe Daretwill continue to lead the company and remain a leading shareholder.

The financial investment of the CCC group is accompanied by the management of the international development of the brand, thus leveraging the group’s network and commercial resources. This strategic partnership allows La Maison du Savon de Marseille to refocus on its DNAwhile maintaining its traditional and artisanal know-how around soap making and solid cosmetics. An ambitious development plan will be put in place, focused on authenticity, simplicity, naturalness and the brand’s customer experience. In addition, the CCC group brands, Basket of the Senses and The Creekbecome partners of the La Maison du Savon de Marseille franchise network, bringing together 70 franchisees, including 43 in France. Finally, Savonnerie de Haute Provence, a leading soap maker and major player in solid cosmetics in France, will ensure production and packaging with an industrial line dedicated to a large part of the brand’s catalog.

The finalization of the association between these 3 players in the French cosmetics and soaps sector is expected for mid-July.It promises to boost and develop this sector of activity, while promoting traditional know-how and French excellence.

Strengthening the general management of the Panier des Sens and La Crique brands

At the same time, the CCC group is reorganizing with the arrival of Rémi Julliand as Deputy General Manager of Panier des Sens. A graduate of HEC, Rémi Julliand has acquired solid experience in the cosmetics sectorhaving worked for houses such as LVMH, L’Oréal, Shiseido, Embryolisse and more recently at Rémanence. He held key positions in finance, marketing and international trade, before taking on the responsibilities of CEO. Jérôme Lambruschini, founder and president of the CCC group, will continue in his current role.

Launch of a new eco-responsible logistics platform

Finally, the CCC group will launch work on its new logistics platform in Signes, near Marseille, in July 2024. This new infrastructure will support the group’s growth and meet the future challenges of its development in France and internationally.The 4,030 m² facility will host the group’s brands and will also be open to other brands. Subsidized by the South Region, the logistics platform has been designed to be eco-responsible, highlighting the group’s commitment to a sustainable development approach.
