The corners of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will not be so rounded

While the hopes and dreams of many were not lost in terms of waiting for a drastic design change of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra series, a new leak depicting the new unfinished models reveals that the new Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus and S25 Ultra will not be exactly what we expected.

Many thought that Samsung designers would significantly round the corners of the Galaxy S25 ultra, not just to make the design of the whole series look more uniformbut also to address ergonomic complaints from Ultra series owners who bemoaned the feel of their devices’ awkward form factor.

A recent leak of three Galaxy S25 units, Galaxy S25 Plus and S25 Ultra, is essentially about dummy devices that use protective cases, reveal that the large phone will not differ much from its predecessor, the S24 Ultra.

As seen in the image here, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra stands out among the other members of the premium 2025 lineup of the world’s largest phone manufacturer and not only because of its size but also its shape as seen in the video below.

It’s blockier, with a much larger corner radius than previously suggested, and while it has indeed taken a more rounded and ergonomic direction with its corners, the difference with the Galaxy S24 Ultra isn’t night and day.

The rear design looks different due to the alleged larger camera sensors, however, there is nothing shocking in terms of visual changes. The sides are also quite flat.

In short, while there will be some new design interventions in the S25 series to accommodate the different camera sensors, they will remain largely identical to their predecessors, except for the S25 Ultra which will have slightly more rounded corners that aren’t all that much. great.
