Avito Real Estate specialists summed up the results of 2024 in the traditional way – they collected and shared with RB.RU a selection of the most expensive apartments on the secondary real estate market: with unique interiors, unusual architecture and impressive sizes. The most expensive in the ranking costs 1.8 billion rubles. In 2023, the leader of the selection was an apartment valued at 2.9 billion rubles.

The top 6 most expensive apartments on the secondary housing market include:
- 5-room apartment in the historical mansion of 1912 “Prechistenka 13” in Moscow for 1.8 billion rubles – area 470 sq. m., ceiling height 3.8 m. The apartment is designed in neoclassical style using marble, precious wood and premium materials. In addition to the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, it has four bathrooms, dressing rooms, a laundry room, a storage room and balconies.
- Duplex 8-room apartment in the club house on Molochny Lane in Moscow for 1.5 billion rubles – area 530 sq. m, ceiling height 3.2 m. In addition to the living room-kitchen and bedrooms, there are also four bathrooms, as well as an office, a billiard room, a staff room, a terrace with a barbecue area and a balcony.
