The well-known artist and influencer admitted his crime and benefited from a reduced sentence through the simplified procedure.
Dorian Popa was sentenced to 8 months in prison with a suspended sentence for a period of 2 years of supervision.
The artist must comply with the following obligations during the supervision period.
- to report to the Ilfov Probation Service according to the established appointments
- to accept visits from the assigned probation officer.
- to inform in advance about any change of residence or travel longer than 5 days
- to communicate job changes
- to provide relevant information to verify his means of existence.
Failure to comply with these measures or committing a new offense may lead to the revocation of the suspended sentence and the imposition of the sentence, according to the law.
