The production company Crone Film is suing YouSee after YouSee defies a ban on showing the company’s films in their TV packages.
This is what director of Crone Film Nina Crone says to Ritzau.
In August, Crone Film banned YouSee from showing films from the company.
The company chose to do so because YouSee chose to cancel its agreements with rights holders and producers back in March.
– Without an agreement, we will not receive payment. There is no agreement to pay based on. But that doesn’t stop YouSee, says Nina Crone.
Crone Film has, among other things, produced the films “Busters World”, “Otto is a rhinoceros” and “Orla Frøsnapper”.
YouSee is part of the Nuuday Group, which is also behind the brands Hiper, Eesy and Telmore.
