The file, as it appears on the court portal just.ro, is a civil matter, an action in tort for statements made by the former magistrate to Grivco. Magistrates at the Bucharest Court have not yet set a first deadline in this case.
At the beginning of this year, Camelia Bogdan lost another trial with Grivco, in which she was accused of several false statements made by the former judge. The judges of the Bucharest Court of Appeal accepted Grivco’s request and forced Camelia Bogdan to pay.
Camelia Bogdan was definitively excluded from the judiciary in 2022, following a decision by the judges of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, after a trial that lasted four years. Camelia Bogdan was accused of violating the statute of magistrates.
In fact, including the European Court of Human Rights, Camelia Bogdan rejected the vast majority of claims, formulated after her exclusion from the judiciary.
