The electric Alpine A110 will not have fake sounds, like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N

Last week, Alpine announced that it was preparing a supercar, with the CEO of the French company, Philippe Krief, now making statements about the new A110.

When the latter was asked about whether the Alpine model will follow Hyundai’s example and the “fake” sounds that the Ioniq 5 N carries, Krief emphasized that this will not happen, because he does not like fake things.

He added that the next A110 will not sound like it has an internal combustion engine because it will be an electric car. However, he said Alpine could make its electrics sound or sound like cars with internal combustion engines if its customers asked for it, as that is something very easy to do.

The new A110 will be launched in 2026 and will be Alpine’s third electric car, following the A290 and the production version of the A390_b which will be unveiled at the upcoming Paris Motor Show next week.
