The head of RKAS, Tarmo Leppoja, could not explain in an interview to Äripää radio why the average salary of a state-owned company has jumped to nearly 5,000 euros in the second quarter of this year. He was also not sure what size the institution’s salary would be as a whole.
According to Riigi Kinnisvara AS Leppoja, as a company, they have not received any direct cut orders from the owner, i.e. the state, although they still need to increase efficiency. In the interview, Leppoja answers questions about Riigi Kinnisvara’s budget, investments and managed real estate, and explains how much and on the basis of which methodology RKAS raises the rental price of its own real estate.
