At the gala opening in the Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana, after a spicy presentation and a humorous conversation with Zvezdana Mlakar, the author of the book Biohacking health: according to the matrix of nature, Jasmina Kandorfer, opened the publication of the book with a very unusual instrument – a shell.
The author is best known as the TV presenter of the show Klepet ob kava iz kanals TV3 in Planet TVand at the event she confided that she is a health worker at her core, and she became a television presenter with the aim of raising public awareness of the importance of prevention and a healthy lifestyle.
Our in-house journalist also recorded an interview with her, which you can read here:
As many as 100 participants received the book, which plows the fallow land in the Slovenian space in the field of biohacking, self-optimization for quality of life, longevity and vitality, as a gift and triggered a wave of gratitude even at the book signing. Countless famous faces were seen at the event, both from the world of medicine (also from abroad), as well as important creators of media content. A well-known actress also came for a few moments at the beginning of the presentation with a beautiful bouquet and a sincere congratulations. Tanja Ribic.
Many of them also wrote down the opinion that can be found on the first pages of the book, which is intended primarily for healthy individuals who would like to stay healthy and optimize their brain, energy level, and raise the quality of life. Opinions were written by: dr. Urška Videmšek (wellness coach and support for women with infertility), dr. Dejan Jarič (holistic doctor), dr. Simona Korenčan (Vibrium functional medicine doctor), Dr. Asja Grafy, Kaja Travnik (nutrition consultant), Simone Godina (thyroid and hormone health trainers), Jaka Treven (holistic therapist), Janij Konjedic (host of the Benessere Podcast), Nina Bavdek (cookbook author), Ana Plešec (holistic nutritionists and herbalists), Neja Grill (author of the book Let’s cook deliciously), Edita Tomić (ThetaHealing and Reiki teacher), Sanja Lončar (editor and project manager zazdravje.net), Nina Dušić Horseradish (psychologist and director of Dobre stik) and Tanja Ribic (actress and activist).
That the opinions are objective is shown by the fact that the author did not know some of them personally before the publication of the book.
The evening ended with a wonderful view from the upper floor of the Hotel Plaza and a rich feast. The event was permeated by a relaxed energy that united people in a common desire for a better, more experienced life and a deeper understanding of ourselves and the environment in which we live. The atmosphere was so pleasant that no one was in a hurry to go home – the evening was imbued with a sense of connection and the knowledge that life works for us, we just have to start working with ourselves.
