After it was recently presented in the building of the National Bank of Serbia, the new model of investing in real estate aroused great interest among citizens whose savings are still lying in the “strawbox”.

“I invest on the square” is a model of direct and joint investment in housing that is available to anyone who has the desire to invest and earn more than the previously available forms of savings and investment.

– The calculation is very simple! If we say, for example, that the investment square costs 1,500 euros and that its selling price is 2,250 euros, a profit of 750 euros is obtained, which is divided half-and-half between the project owner and each of the investors. So, on the 1500 euros invested, your profit as an investor is 375 euros, or 25% of the total money you invested. If we know that the entire investment cycle, from the purchase of land to the sale of real estate, takes an average of about two years, the calculation says that your return is 1% on a monthly basis – says Uzelac.

Then the money payments follow, and then the project can start – he explained Branislav Puzović, lawyer and member of the legal team.

Project director Aleksandar Nikčević, as a civil engineer with more than 20 years of experience in construction, which has over 300,000 built-up square meters behind him, believes that the construction industry in Serbia has finally received a much-needed and long-awaited financing model, which mandates that the implementation of the project starts only with the collection of 100 percent of the necessary funds. As he explains, with such a model there is no scenario where there is a possible stoppage or delay in the process of project realization, i.e. construction. All investors will have complete insight into all phases of construction, which is an additional advantage of this investment model, said the representatives of the “Investing Square” project.
