BANJALUKA – Firms from Republika Srpska that were sanctioned by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Department of Finance have completed work on the establishment of “Invictus Technology group”, the company under whose name they will operate in the future, the portal has learned. It is a limited liability company (DOO) registered in Vidovdanska street in Banja Luka at the same number as the company “Prointer”.
The founders of “Invictus” are Bojan Vujić and Nemanja Reljin, each with 35 percent ownership, and Radmila Bojanić and Vladimir Perišić, each with a share of 15 percent.
The founding capital of the company is 1,000 KM, and the main activity is wholesale of computers, peripheral equipment and software.
Vujić is the current director of the “Infinity International Group”, and Perišić is the director of the company “Prointer”, which operates within this group.
Reljin is the founder of the company “Sirius 2010”, which was not officially a part of this group before, and which is now becoming so through this symbiosis, while Bojanić is the director of this company.
The director of the newly established company will be Bojan Vujić.
As he announced earlier there is no “Alternative” and “Una” television in “Invictus” because the group’s focus is on the IT sector, which was previously the main source of income for sanctioned companies.
Otherwise, mass account shutdown is in progress companies from OFAC’s blacklist, and estimates are that the banks should complete this work by the end of July.
We remind you that “Prointer ITSS”, “Infinity International Group”, “K-2 Audio Company”, “Kaldera Company”, “Sirius 2010” and television “Una World” were under American sanctions.
OFAC announced that these companies were sanctioned because they were part of a network that provides significant sources of income for the President of the RS, Milorad Dodik, and his family.
