Context: Romania is preparing for the last match of the Nations League campaign. The tricolors will fight with Cyprus, in the last game in the group. The match is a very important one: not having a verdict after the game with Kosovo.

Before this match, FRF made a request to UEFA. More specifically, clarification was requested regarding Dennis Man’s situation. He picked up a yellow card against Kosovo and the FRF asked UEFA if it counted, given that game was abandoned.

UEFA replied that this yellow was valid, so Man will not play Cyprus.

“We made a request to specify if Dennis Man, who received the second yellow card, is suspended, under the conditions that, if it is 3-0, all the events in the match would be deleted, that is, Dennis Man would not had been suspended before.

I received the clarification that no, that I am staying. They don’t always stay, if there was a trial and it was 3-0, the events are erased”, Andrei Vochin declared, at Digi Sport.
