The Google Pixel 9a packs a camera that comes from a very expensive device

With a March delivery date, we think we have plenty of time ahead of us to hear and read all about the Google Pixel 9a! There have already been some interesting renders through some leaks which have highlighted the lack of the camera bar/bar element a lot.

Now a new rumor tells us that the Pixel 9a will ditch its predecessors’ 64MP primary camera and will borrow the 48MP unit used in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, Google’s most expensive smartphone.

The Pro Fold is a foldable device and is not made by a Chinese manufacturer, so you shouldn’t expect top quality. However, this should be better than what was previously placed in the Pixel a series.

While the main camera will change, the ultrawide will remain the same as used in the Pixel 8a, with a resolution of 13 MP. The front camera sensor of the phone is also unchanged.

The Pixel 9a will have the feature “Add me” which debuted alongside the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel 9 Pro Fold in August. This allows you to shape an image with artificial intelligence so that you can be added to a photo with your friends and family, so that you do not need the help of strangers to take it.
