On the other hand, the portal Delphi the sympathy award, the winner of which is determined by the readers of the portal in a special vote, was won by the association Kautkaili, what for the Austrian Prize 2024 was nominated with an album Personal code.
Austrian prize presented every year to the album that the jury of music critics and music industry representatives recognized as the best album of the year in Latvia. This was already the seventh time that the award has been presented, in previous years it was won by Alice Joste’s album Hardships Are Ships, Riga Fashion platei Fantastic, Satellites LV for recording At the end of the rainbowgroups Polifauna debut You Look Like A Lost Soul and for performance Great art. For this year Austrian prize more than one hundred and twenty entries were submitted, from which ten nominees were nominated by the members of the award jury. After announcing the candidates, one winner was chosen in the vote of the jury members, who was recognized as the best music album of this year in Latvia.
This year Austrian awards winners because at the ceremony received not only a statue created by the wood sculptor Daniel Vainovskis, but also a scholarship in the amount of EUR 1000 provided by Association of Latvian Performers and Producers (LaIPA). Meanwhile, the winners of the public vote Kautkaili from the portal Delphi received the opportunity to place an advertisement in it in the amount of 2000 EUR.

Austrian prize organized by the association Austra award. The closing ceremony of the award and the concert of the nominees are organized in cooperation with the cultural site Hansa platform and Latvian Radio Pieci.
