President Klaus Iohannis signed, on Friday, the decrees for the promotion of more than 100 representatives of the Ministry of National Defense (MApN), the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI), the Ministry of Justice and the Special Telecommunications Service (STS), among which is the head of the General Staff of the Air Force (SMFA), Leonard-Gabriel Baraboi, director of STS, Ionel-Sorinel Vasilca, commander of the Command of the Southeast Multinational Corps (MNC-SE), Dan Cristian-Daniel, the spokesperson of the MApN, Constantin Spînu and the secretary of state in the MAI Mihai-Cătălin Necula.
According to the Presidential Administration, the head of state signed a series of decrees regarding:
* awarding the professional rank of penitentiary police chief commissioner Teoroc Antoanela Cristina from the Ministry of Justice;
* the advancement to the professional rank of police chief quaestor of the main police quaestor Necula Mihai-Cătălin from the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
* the promotion of police chiefs Coman Nuşa-Mirela, Grecu Răzvan, Cojocariu Cristina-Mihaela, Stoica Cornel-Laurian from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the professional rank of chief police quaestor;
* the granting of the professional rank of police chief to police chiefs Andrei Marius-Adrian, Arghire Ionuţ-Costică, Băjenaru Florin, Călinoiu Dan, Crăciun Ion-Dănuţ, Dabija Georgiana-Ramona, Gheorghe Anton-Cristian, Gheorghiu Dragoş-Iulian, Ion Costin-Bogdan, Ionescu George-Aurelian, Jiga Răzvan-Iulian, Mihalache Constantin, Nica Geani-Cătălin, Pahonţu Alin, Popa Ionuţ-Adrian, Stupar Marius-Anton, Şerban Cătălin-Bogdan, Vătăjelu Valentin from the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
* promotion to the rank of general – with four stars of lieutenant general – with three stars Băiceanu Petru from the Ministry of National Defense;
* promotion to the rank of lieutenant general – with three stars of major generals – with two stars Baraboi Leonard-Gabriel, Cipu Anton-Radu, Dan Cristian-Daniel, Iancu Liviu-Mihail, Luca Constantin, Popescu Dragoş-Marian, Stan Gabriel from Ministry of National Defense;

* promotion to the rank of major general – with two stars of brigadier generals – with one star Tomoială Marius-Gabriel and Turculeţ Gabriel-Constantin from the Ministry of National Defense;
* promotion to the rank of rear admiral – with two stars to rear admiral of the flotilla – with one star Coman Auraş-Liviu from the Ministry of National Defense;
* granting the rank of brigadier general – with one star to colonels Antip Adrian, Colibaba Cristinel-Dumitru, Jinga Mariana, Maghercă Traian, Marin Ciprian, Maxim Mădălina-Gabriela, Mungiu Sergiu, Popescu Adrian, Roman Florentţ-Mircea, Subtîrică Gică, Ştefănescu Gabriel -Dragoş, Tamaş Claudiu-Mădălin, Topor Ştefan-Claudiu and Ursachi Gabriel-Ovidiu from the Ministry of National Defense;
* awarding the rank of air flotilla general – with a star to Commander Brătulescu Răzvan-Gabriel from the Ministry of National Defense;

* awarding the rank of flotilla rear admiral – with a star to commanders Ciobotaru Marian and Mandachi Vasile-Ciprian from the Ministry of National Defense;
* promotion to the rank of general – with four stars of lieutenant general – with three stars Vasilca Ionel-Sorinel from the Special Telecommunications Service;
* promotion to the rank of lieutenant general – with three stars of generals – with two stars Mihai Mădălin-Virgil and Rădoi Marian-Cosmin from the Special Telecommunications Service;
* the promotion to the rank of major general – with two stars of brigadier generals – with one star David Gabriel and Manda Gheorghe-Remi, from the Special Telecommunications Service;
* granting the rank of brigadier general – with one star to colonels Feticu Mihail-Florin, Ion Teodor, Ionescu Dan-Octavian, Orosan Radu-Horaţiu, Jurca Viorel-Gavril from the Special Telecommunications Service;
* the promotion to the rank of major general – with two stars, in retirement, of brigadier generals – with one star, in retirement, Abăluță Adrian, Burticioiu Iulică and Cabăț Aurel from the Ministry of National Defense;
* granting the rank of brigadier general – with one star, to retired colonels, Baciu Constantin, Cantaragiu Ştefan, Lăpădat Ioan, Leordean Alexandru, Mateescu Gheorghe, Mocan Ioan, Olteanu Costel, Ştefăniu Ioan, Tănase Mircea, Tudoran Mihai- Emil from the Ministry of National Defense;
