The horror film House of Spoils will be shown on Prime Video in October.
Prime Video has released the trailer and poster for Amazon MGM Studios and Blumhouse’s horror thriller House of Spoils, starring West Side Story Oscar winner Ariana DeBose.
In the film, DeBose plays a chef whose restaurant is haunted by its previous owner, who has already passed away.
House of Spoils is directed and written by Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy.
In addition to DeBose, the film also features Barbie Ferreira (Euphoria), Arian Moayed (Succession), Amara Karan (Hope Street), Mikkel Bratt Silset (Headhunters), Marton Csokas (Lord of the Rings) and Imola Gáspár (Dune: Part Two).
A short synopsis says the following in the original language:
”The film follows an ambitious chef (DeBose) as she opens a restaurant on a remote estate where she battles kitchen chaos, crushing self-doubts… and a haunting presence who threatens to sabotage her at every turn.”
House of Spoils will be available on Prime Video on October 3rd.
