The hybrid SUV gets a facelift

The Lynk & Co 01 is getting a discreet mid-career facelift to boost the rather limited sales of this plug-in hybrid SUV.

Launched in Europe in 2020, the Lynk & Co 01 now benefits from a small Mid-career faceliftwhich brings some new features.

Some aesthetic novelties

To develop this evolution, Lynk & Co collected feedback from its customers, to evolve the style and colors of its compact SUV. Only a trained eye will be able to detect the new features, since they are mainly located at the level of its grille painted in glossy black, the new design for the alloy wheels, as well as new LED taillights.

These new features are complemented by a enriched color palettewhich now offers Chrystal White, Onyx Black and Mineral Green Metallic.

Lynk & Co 01 restyled: updated technologies

Inside the Lynk & Co 01, the infotainment system has been improved, making it smoother and faster. It now benefits from a high-definition display with a 15.4 inch HD touchscreenand embeds a chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 which allows it to improve its performance. The interior of the restyled Lynk & Co 01 also receives new physical steering wheel controlsto improve the ergonomics of the driving position.
Under the hood of the SUV 01, we find an evolution of its plug-in hybrid powertrain signed Geely, which now develops a combined power of 276 horsepower (206 kW) for 535 Nm of torqueeither 15 more horses than the previous version. Lynk & Co did not provide further detailed technical information, but said the car offers livelier acceleration, as well as more responsive handling on the road.
This plug-in hybrid engine allows you to travel up to 75 km in 100% electric modeand displays an average consumption of 0.9 litres/100 km according to the combined WLTP cycle, all for CO2 emissions of 20 g/km.

During its presentation, the Chinese manufacturer did not reveal any further visuals of its restyled Lynk & Co 01, with the exception of a single photo of its exterior design.
