The founder and frontman of the Leningrad group Sergei Shnurov has found a new soloist. According to Mash, Instasamka will take part in the project.
According to media reports, Shnurov has already held negotiations with the singer, and they allegedly agreed to record at least one joint album – the first for the group in the last six years. The artists allegedly met, discussed all the points and already recorded a demo.
Next, they plan to discuss tours, videos and corporate events.
The channel writes that Shnurov decided to return to music after problems in the family. He had previously divorced his wife.
Concert director Dmitry Guguchkin confirmed that Shnurov met with Instasamka. “I know that some negotiations with Instasamka are really being conducted by Sergei… Nothing has been decided yet, there is no final decision,” Guguchkin added, noting that a joint recording does not mean that Instasamka has become a soloist, RT quotes him.
