The Japanese Oshima, the first goal scored in Romania

Two of the best teams in the SuperLiga, the leader University of Cluj, and the other University in our first division football, from Craiova, drew in the epilogue of the 10th stage, score 1-1, in the arena in the city on the banks of Someș.

It was a fair result at the end of a match in which each team shared their periods of dominance: the hosts in the first, when they scored through Thiam, the Oltenians after the break, managing to equalize. This came as a result of a shot from outside the box sent by the Japanese Takuto Oshima, the midfielder brought this summer by Craiova from the Polish team Krakow.

It seems that the Japanese is the most successful transfer made in the last three years by the management of the University, becoming in a very short time the engine in the middle line. Oshima seems to be the man to whom all the balloons pass because the colleagues quickly saw the capabilities of the player. Costel Gâlcă knew him well from the time he trained Radom Radomiak in Poland.

Oshima scored his first goal, but he couldn’t enjoy himself as he would have liked, because just a few days before the game he received some tragic news from home. His grandmother, whom he loved immensely, left this world. However, the player did not want to leave and stayed to help his team and even did it decisively.

Very active on social media, the Japanese found that there is the best place to express his feelings and grief for the loss of his loved one.

“Thank you so much for what you have done for me. Thank you is not enough for how grateful I am to you. You are the best grandma to me and that will never change. I think you are doing great with Grandpa in Heaven.

Please continue to watch over me and my family in Heaven. I loved you very much. It’s a gift from grandma (no – blank), I love you very much. This is for you.

Also from his personal account, we learn that Oshima feels great in Craiova, that he was impressed by the particularly warm reception he received and believes that he made the best choice.

“I feel very good. I also met my new colleagues. They are good, calm colleagues and they welcomed me very well in Craiova. I am very happy to be here. I was very well received right from the moment of the dinner I had. I felt excellent from the first day.

I can run a lot, I like to draw on the field, these are my main qualities. I like to play tiki-taka football. Something like this I would like to show on the field. I know that Craiova University finished 3rd last season.

I hope to help the team and win the title. Colleagues are welcoming, just like me, they are very open to communication. It was nice to meet them. I realize that we will also have a very good relationship outside of football, just as we will have on the pitch.

I like it here. I had offers from other teams, but I saw the way the team plays. I felt I had to come here to play for this team.
