Saturday night (5/10) the Kallimarmaro was packed for the long-awaited concert of Anna Vissi.
65,000 spectators braved the rain and turned out to honor the popular performer, who sang some of the 450 hits she has carried in her luggage over 51 years.
In the official stands, as always, Nikos Karvelas was next to her, to whom she dedicated last night and thanked him for everything he has given her over the years in terms of records. A host of celebrities also turned up to witness this special night.

Anna Vissi took to the stage of the Panathenaic Stadium around 9pm and performed for around four hours some of her greatest hits, with the audience following along.

Anna Vissi during last night’s concert at the packed Kallimarmaro stadium which lasted more than 3.5 hours, performed a song in memory of Mimi Plessas.
More specifically, the much-loved singer decided to perform in her own unique way a song by Mimi Plessas who passed away yesterday.
“Today a great musician and composer passed away. Let’s all greet Mimi Plessas together” said the singer characteristically and Mimi Plessas’ photo was shown on the giant screen.
