This is also the case in Pócsmegyer, where the entire settlement came together to save their beloved village from the water. Old people, young people, women and men worked on defense in Pócsmegyer in Szentendre and in Surány, which belongs to the settlement. Those who could not actively participate in the physical work contributed to the work with a sandwich, soft drink or a portion of goulash.
