Matej Zorko, mayor of Dornave and former SDS publicist, is suspected of soliciting a 14-year-old to have sex.
The local politician, who is said to be under police investigation on suspicion of colluding with a minor for sexual relations, is, according to several media reports, a 37-year-old Matej Zorkothe non-professional mayor of the Styrian municipality of Dornava.
The mayor allegedly fell into a trap set for him by older minors, allegedly angry at Zork, who allegedly arranged sexual relations with minors in the past. They apparently created a profile of a “14-year-old” with whom Zorko contacted and agreed to meet in Poljčani, where he was met by four boys who attacked him, took his phone and car, forced him to undress , left him like that and ran away.
The mayor reported the robbery to the police, but then he himself found himself under police investigation on suspicion of arranging sex with a 14-year-old boy.
