One of the interesting products at CES was a new gamepad for mobile phones. It’s an MCON gamepad that doesn’t slide into the sides of the phone, but literally slides under the phone, and when you want to play, you just slide it out. The author has already launched to it Kickstarter.
The gamepad is simply attached via the magsafe system under the mobile phone, you simply slide it out when you want to play, and at the same time it also has slide-out grips for a better grip. At the same time, it offers a classic design with two analogues and a D-pad and buttons for control, as well as all the rear buttons.
Since magsafe only has new iPhones, for other mobiles and old iPhones, a magnetic sticker will be added, which you stick on your mobile and the gamepad will stick. Of course, it has its own thickness, about 2 cm, with a mobile phone about 3 cm, so if you put it in your pocket with a mobile phone, it will be quite thick. But still maybe better than other shafts.
The author expects the start of sales in August.
