From February to May, workshops were held in the shed of the Men’s Chamber in Haapsalu, where community development issues were discussed.

Together with Ida Joao-Hussari and Riin Pärnametsa, graduates of the “Community Development and Social Welfare” Master’s program of the University of Tartu, and Maarja Läänesaari, a local non-governmental organization specialist, discussions were held in three lively meetings, methods of decomposing community development, brainstorming and bouncing were tested in order to discover this energy, potential and interest. , which brings men together, and to find ways to use this energy even better to realize men’s own flighty ideas.
