Maid of Sker

Maid of Sker is a survival horror game inspired by Welsh folklore, set in 1898. The player takes on the role of a man named Thomas Evans, who comes to a mysterious, abandoned hotel (based on a real building known as Sker House) to save his fiancée trapped there. Once there, it turns out that the building has been taken over by dangerous creatures without sight, but with very sensitive hearing. To survive, our hero will have to show not only his cunning, but also the ability to sneak between opponents.

Balatro

Balatro is a rather unusual digital card game, mixing elements of classic poker with a roguelike RPG. The player’s task here is to obtain specific point values using poker cards (straight flush, four of a kind, full house, etc.). The problem is that, unlike standard poker, the player can modify his deck by adding cards with special properties. One of the most important elements of the game are special Joker cards, which allow us to modify the basic rules of the game to our advantage. At the same time, during fights with “bosses” there are negative modifiers waiting for us, which may force us to change our strategy.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince is a spin-off of the popular series of Japanese RPG games. It combines elements known from its main installments with ideas clearly borrowed from the Pokemon series. In the game, we play the role of a demon prince who is under a curse that prevents him from fighting monsters. So our hero must learn to tame and train them instead to create something like a private army. During the game, we will encounter over 500 types of monsters, which we can not only catch and train, but also crossbreed with each other, thus creating new species. An important part of the game are, of course, turn-based fights in which we command our players.

Codenames

Codenames is a digital adaptation of the popular Czech board game, known in Poland as Tajniacy. In the original version, players are divided into two teams and their task is to guess secret passwords based on hints given by captains. The digital version is based on the same idea, but introduces minor changes to the gameplay to adapt it to the specifics of playing on mobile devices. The default game mode is asynchronous multiplayer, thanks to which players can take part in many parallel games, guessing passwords at their own pace. Codenames also offers additional single-player challenges and a character development system that allows you to unlock additional elements as you progress in the game.

The Elder Scrolls: Castles

The Elder Scrolls is a popular series of fantasy RPG games, known primarily for installments such as Skyrim, Morrowind and Oblivion. Castles is its strategic spin-off, in many respects reminiscent of the once very popular Fallout Shelter, with the difference that this time instead of managing a fallout shelter, we take over the kingdom. Our tasks include, among others: expanding the castle, managing subjects and sending heroes on dangerous treasure expeditions.
