Shader Mess, the indie studio behind this point-and-click video game venture, states that the game is divided into 5 chapters and contains over 500 standard pages of text, 38 characters and 73 locations. User Jan Modrák (@bludr) on the X network estimates the length of the game at around 8 hours of play time and assures players that even the “chatter” the game offers a brisk run.

Developers Filip Rachůnek and Jiří Procházka admit the use of artificial intelligence in the development of this game, after all, without it the game would not have been created in just nine months. After all, even the players themselves have a kind of help system available in the form of a friend on the phone and “ChatGPT” on the computer.

Whispers of Prague: The Executioner’s Last Cut is available on Steam with Czech subtitles for less than €10, and you can follow Shader Mess news on their official website.
