3D Systems introduces Figure 4 Rigid White – a new manufacturing material for additive manufacturing that enables the rapid creation of clean, opaque white parts that are durable and precise. This material is designed to help users move quickly from prototype to production while giving them the stability and performance they need in the long term.

Figure 4 Rigid White will help reduce tooling costs and time by enabling same-day production of finished parts with exceptional throughput. Secondary heat curing is not necessary. Figure 4 Rigid White stands out for its excellent long-term stability in the environment. Parts made of this material are measured to last up to eight years in the interior and two years in the exterior.

In addition to long-term performance, Figure 4 Rigid White is engineered for superior surface quality and pure white color that maintains its appearance. This makes Figure 4 Rigid White an ideal material for a variety of applications where a smooth surface and biocompatible capabilities are required, such as:

  • Rukojeti a přípravky pro lékařské aplikace
  • Cases for electronics and other small components or parts for equipment
  • Engine Covers, Covers, Guards, Fixtures, Fixtures and Inserts

Designed with a high degree of physical and mechanical strength, Figure 4 Rigid White material increases the efficiency of additive manufacturing capabilities by enabling the production of high-quality direct-production plastic parts with a clean, opaque white appearance that lasts.
