The company’s share price does not currently reflect the correct value and trades below the accounting value, Mustonen said in the morning program of Äripää radio.

Mustonen said his and the board’s goal is to increase the share price. Since the new manager does not yet have Arco Vara shares, he plans to acquire them as well. In addition, Mustonen has set a goal of bringing the company’s equity to 100 million euros. For this, it is also necessary to start a new project.

It was also discussed what motivates Mustonen in the field of real estate and why he decided to change sectors.
