In February of this year, Victory announced that the story they have been writing for many years is undoubtedly unique, and each member has contributed their own piece of the mosaic, and their paths with Miki Vlahovič are ending at this point. Now they just found a new member!
When Miki left, many people asked me if this meant the end of the popular band. Well, four months after publication, all worries are over. What the members promised to continue what their mission is, that is to cheer and play for you, they have also fulfilled.
Just in time for the summer solstice, when the day is most generous with light, with happy, sunny messages to their fans, the boys of Victory have returned as reborn. Always on the winning side, active, on the side of your loyal following audience. Given that the musicians are extremely connected to each other, they are also strengthened with a new member, a guitarist Nejce Bukovec – Buki, who is from Dolenjske Toplice. In addition to being a musician with soul and heart, Buki is also a singer, and he and his wife Karmen even sing at wedding ceremonies. He also has electrotechnical skills, as he is an electrical engineer and solves technical challenges for mobile operators. But he is also a big gourmand and knows how to enjoy life. The boys are already performing together, creating parties and unforgettable experiences all over Slovenia, at musical evenings, corporate, municipal, local meetings, weddings and other family celebrations. In fact, where guests want happy company and good music. In addition, they practice hard, hone their excellence and create new original material, so at the end of the summer they announce a new song that they are already working on.
The other members of the Victory group are a solid, old core that preserves the group’s genetic record, captured in the music, lyrics, and atmosphere they create at concerts. Boštjan Zupančič sits behind the keyboard. He is considered to be a big lover of different keyboards and has as many as four on stage at the same time. It is somewhat less known that he is also involved in consulting and selling audio headphones for hearing aids, where his experience in music comes in handy. Otherwise, he loves sports, the sauna, and says that he would like to spend his old age under a palm tree, sipping coconut milk and eating fish.
He takes care of the accordion Tomo Primc, which adds just the right touch of local music to the events to liven up the evening. Otherwise, he has had his own accordion school for more than 20 years, and his students won five gold and two silver medals at the recent Avsenik competition. Tomo remains an inexhaustible source of good will, plays at wedding escorts and is “man in place”.
He controls the rhythm of the drums Matija Kač, who has music in his genes. He is a son Branet Kača, one of the singers of Hazard. He also trained abroad and played almost all of Europe. He is considered a key member of the rhythm section of the Victory group. Recently, he has also taken over the technical engineering for the group, otherwise he also skillfully equips various venues with standing tables and other decor. He is an inexhaustible source of energy, kindness and commitment.

Vocals and bass guitar have remained in the domain of the group’s founding member since the very beginning Robert Dragar. Building the group and bringing it safely through a stormy period every time is his mission and at the same time his love. He is considered the connecting link of the group and is proud to have contributed his vocals to quite a few memorable hits, such as: Close your eyes, You want me or you don’t want me, Helena, how can I stop time?, Love is not meters, Tequila from your navel , A day without you and many others.
