SANTA CATARINA – In the coastal town of Balneario Cambori in Santa Catarina in the south of Brazil, a revolutionary project is underway that will break records.

Namely, it is planned to build a super-tall skyscraper Triumph Tower, which has the potential to become the tallest residential building in the world with a height of 509 meters and 154 floors.
Currently, the title of the tallest residential building in the world is held by the Central Park Tower in New York with a height of 472 meters and 98 floors.
This monumental project is launched by one of the largest construction companies FG Empreendimentos in partnership with Havana, headed by Brazilian businessman and billionaire Luciano Hanga.
This coastal city has the highest real estate prices in Brazil. The average price of a square meter in Balneario Camborio is about 2,345 dollars, the Nadjidom portal reports.
