KOREAN writer Han Kang, the current Nobel laureate, will join the series of Nobel Prize winners for literature published by the “Magic Book” during the coming year.
After Svetlana Aleksejevič, Jean-Marie Gustave Le Clezi, Abdulrazak Gurna, Novi Sad’s “Magic Book” got the rights to exclusively publish Han Kang’s works, and the latest winner of the most prestigious literary award will be presented to the Serbian audience with four selected works.
The first novel she will publish, and very soon, will be a reissue of the author’s most famous work, “Vegetarian Woman”, for which she received the Man Booker Prize for the best international novel, and which “New York Times” included in its list of the best 100 novels of the 21st century.
