Myke Hurley y Jason Snellstars of the Upgrade podcast, spoke with an anonymous source who claims that Apple is developing LCD screens with a higher refresh rate. This technology would be close to ProMotion technology and would have a refresh rate of around 90 Hz.

The first tablet that would enjoy this refresh rate would be the iPad Air 7th generation with M3 chip. But later it would expand to other products such as 24-inch iMac and the next generation of Studio Displayalthough in the latter case it is said that it could have mini-LED technology. All these products would arrive in 2025.
