The Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Lebanon published a report containing data reflecting the damage caused by Israeli attacks, especially the migration movement, and the latest situation in the country.
According to the report, since September 23, 601 thousand 437 people, including 382 thousand 682 Syrians and 218 thousand 755 Lebanese citizens, have crossed from Lebanon to Syrian territory.
To date, 1173 accredited centers have been opened to accommodate displaced persons, and 981 of them have reached maximum capacity.
According to the report, 188 thousand 190 people (44 thousand 357 families) are accommodated in these centers and the highest recorded migration was to Beirut and Jabal Lebanon.
THE REAL NUMBER IS MUCH MORE
The number of displaced people is estimated to be much higher than recorded data.
The United Nations (UN) announced that 1.4 million people were displaced in Lebanon due to Israel’s intense attacks.
145 AIR ATTACKS IN 24 HOURS
On the other hand, the report stated that Israel carried out 145 air strikes in various regions of Lebanon in the last 24 hours.
It was stated that 73 of these attacks were carried out in the south of Lebanon.
It was noted that Nabatiyeh, in the south of Lebanon, was the city that received the most attacks in the last 24 hours, with 55 air strikes.
