Small technological “miracles” are performed by Oppo with its recent devices when it comes to their photography capabilities and now Oppo’s Product Manager Find Zhou Yibao has confirmed that the upcoming Find X8 Ultra will feature a telephoto macro camera. The executive responded to a user’s comment on Weibo and confirmed the presence of a telephoto macro camera on the upcoming Ultra flagship, which is expected to launch in March.
The sensor in question is rumored to be the model Sony LYT-701 of 50MP with 3x optical zoom and OIS. According to reports, the Find X8 Ultra’s camera will be flanked by a 50MP (LYT-900) main sensor with OIS along with a 50MP (IMX882) periscope unit (150mm equivalent) with 6x optical zoom. The fourth sensor is expected to be the 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
The Oppo Find X8 Ultra is expected to be released together with the Oppo Find X8 Mini, which will face the vivo X200 Pro mini and the iPhone 16 Pro in the category of the most compact flagships!
