DAPURPACUID – After being successfully held in Makassar City, the Daihatsu Gumpul Sahabat event was rolled out again to the next point, namely to Sidoarjo, East Java.
Taking place in the East Parking area of GOR Delta, Sidoarjo, this event was held to provide entertainment and fun on the weekend to consumers, the Daihatsu car community and the local community.
All levels of society can enjoy various exciting and interactive activities for free without any fees, starting at 07:00–18:00 WIB, Sunday (13/10).
“We appreciate the support of the people of Sidoarjo and its surroundings in welcoming the Daihatsu Gumpul Sahabat,” said Domestic Marketing Division Head of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor, Rokky Irvayandi.
The Daihatsu Gumpul Sahabat was the first to be held in the East Java region, especially in Sidoarjo City, as well as being the fifth city in a series of events throughout this year.
“We hope that visitors can enjoy the excitement of the event, and can have a positive impact on customers, MSMEs, communities and the whole society,” explained Rokky.
Like previous events, this event again presents a variety of exciting entertainment and activities that can be enjoyed, starting from typical Indonesian culinary festivals as well as other creative products from food trucks and local MSMEs.
No less exciting was the rolling thunder of the Daihatsu car community with the two-wheeled community, zumba, games and competitions for children and adults, performances by famous bands, talk shows and interesting door prizes.

The series of activities is no less interesting, namely the presence of various special offers ranging from sales packages to test drive facilities for visitors who want to experience driving a Daihatsu car.
Apart from that, Daihatsu is collaborating with PMI Sidoarjo Regency to provide free health checks and blood donations. This program is part of the CSR pillar, namely Healthy with Daihatsu.
This event is scheduled to be attended by thousands of visitors ranging from the Daihatsu car community, motorbike and Zumba community, to the general public, to enliven the weekend atmosphere.
Daihatsu Gumpul Sahabat is a form of our effort to be closer to the Indonesian people and has been consistently held every year since 2014.
