Äripäev found out its best photos this year. However, the photographer’s capture of a unique moment with a strong composition stood out for the best photo of the year.

We divided the most outstanding photo works into three categories: news photos, nature photos and portrait photos.
News photo of the year
Winner: Andras Kralla with a photo of the change of the finance minister.
