Agents from the A1 Deva-Nădlac Highway Police Bureau were called to resolve a conflict between a woman and the driver of the car she was in.
The police found drugs in the luggage, and both the driver and the passenger had consumed prohibited substances.
„On August 1 this year, around 5:15 p.m., the police officers of the A1 Deva-Nădlac Highway Police Bureau were alerted, through SNUAU 112, about a conflict between the driver of a minibus and a female passenger. The minibus was spotted and stopped in traffic, at kilometer 545.
The checks showed that there was a conflict between the driver and the woman who called 112, due to the travel route and the destination where the woman wanted to reach, the conflict being resolved.
Also, following the inspection of the baggage of the appellant 112, a 24-year-old woman from Galati county, a grinder and an olive-green substance, likely to have psychoactive effects, were discovered, which was picked up, in order to the continuation of research”, IPJ Timiș sent.
What did the driver choose?
Given that drugs were found in the luggage, the police also tested the driver, a 44-year-old man from Timiș county.
“The driver, a 44-year-old man from Timiș county, was tested with the device, the device indicating the possible presence of psychoactive substances. He was taken to a medical unit, in order to collect biological samples, the research being continued.
At the same time, the driver was fined 10,000 lei, his license plates and registration certificate were withdrawn, for not having a passenger transport license, the right to use the vehicle was suspended for 6 months”. IPJ Timiş also specified.
