The premiere date of Martin Scorsese’s documentary on “The Beatles” has been announced.

Music documentaries are not uncommon these days, especially when they focus on The Beatles. Over the years, this famous foursome has been at the center of countless documentaries, books and films, all aimed at providing further insight into the lives and times of the greatest band of all time. However, rarely have these films had such a stellar production as the upcoming one will have Disney+ documentary “Beatles ‘64”who will jointly direct Martin Scorsese and David Tedeschi.

The documentary focuses on The Beatles’ first visit to the United States in 1964, trying to capture the spirit of that extremely important period in the band’s history. When they arrived in America, John, Paul, George and Ringo were already famous in Great Britain, but the popularity they experienced in America started them on the path of global domination. Their trip to America marked the peak of ‘Beatlemania’ and ushered in a whole new era for the group.
