The prosecutor’s office began an investigation after a domestic gas explosion in a five-story building in the city of Kirsanov, Tambov region, as a result of which two people were killed and two more were injured.

“The Kirsanov interdistrict prosecutor’s office organized an inspection of the implementation of legislation during the operation of gas equipment,” it says press release regional prosecutor’s office.
Earlier it was reported that the fire at the site of a gas explosion in a residential building in Kirsanov had been extinguished.
On the morning of October 19 in Kirsanov, a domestic gas explosion occurred in an apartment building, killing two people.
