The psychologist gave advice on how to get out of holiday relaxation

Workdays begin.

Psychologist Lyubov Polyakova, in an interview with NEWS.ru, said that the transition from holiday relaxation to a working rhythm should be gradual. It is necessary to take five-minute breaks to be able to get used to everyday life.

At the same time, it is worth paying attention to putting order on your desktop for the first time after the holidays. Before the start of the working week, you should rest and properly prepare yourself for the working days.

“Immersion in work should be gradual, with five-minute breaks. Start your first working day by tidying up your desk – fold papers, throw away unnecessary items, straighten your writing utensils,” the specialist emphasized.

Polyakova advises to enjoy yourself, even in small things. You can have a tasty snack during a break, meet friends in a cafe, or even put a tangerine on your desk.

“Remind yourself of the wonderful things you did over the holidays. A feeling of pride in oneself will bring additional strength,” the psychologist added.
