237 artists, 200 hours of live music, hundreds of thousands of people in ecstasy. Travis Scott, one of the most expensive artists who performed in Romania, in Costinești. A festival as big as a city of absolute entertainment spread over dozens of hectares. Beach, Please! it was grandiose. And that can be measured in numbers and records, in lights, fireworks, impressive stages, international artists, the extravagant parade of related installations, unusual brand activations, armies of volunteers. But it is best measured in the reactions of those who were there. In the hundreds of thousands of posts, likes and videos on Instagram and TikTok that show a Gen Z happy to have found their place. A festival entirely dedicated to her, where she truly feels at home, an online platform that keeps the audience hooked all year, after the event in Costinești.
“The idea behind it was simple: to bring together young people who listen to the same music and give them a complete experience. We were able to bring some of the most relevant artists in the world to my generation. Nobody thought that Travis Scott really will come to Costinesti. But we did it!”, he says Sally.
Beach, Please! it’s the Gen Z universe like it can’t be seen anywhere else. How it was created, see in the lines below.
Record figure
Beach, Please! it is, first and foremost, a festival of records. The biggest festival in Romania deservedly earned its title through spectacular numbers. The organizers of the festival in Costinești, vlogger Selly and Global Records estimate that the event brought over 50 million euros to the local economy.
During the 5 days of the festival, the traffic was 510,000 people, and the number of unique participants was 133,000. More than 10,000 of the participants came from other countries, such as Bulgaria, Hungary, UK, Ireland or the Republic of Moldova. 90% of those who came to Beach, Please! they had a subscription for the entire period of the festival.
“If at the first edition we had a few dozen Romanian artists, this summer we had 237 performers, on four stages, of which 21 were international artists.
And the 2025 edition will be the biggest yet. We have an absolute pre-sale record: 80,000 tickets sold so far, an impressive figure that demonstrates the immense trust in the BEACH brand, PLEASE!” says Sally.
Massive investment
Investments in line-up, production and marketing have kept pace with exponential growth. this year, Beach, Please! it took place on a 21-hectare land, being the largest festival in Romania in terms of surface area. The parking lot, located in the vicinity of the festival, had 50 hectares.
Moving the event to a new place, on such a large area, entailed massive infrastructure costs, such as planting grass, digging a well for water supply, sewage, and in the parking area, asphalting the road and installing lighting poles.
The design and arrangement of the space were on par with the line-up. The festival had 4 stages, to which were added the stages made by the partners. 237 artists performed here, including 21 international artists. This year’s most anticipated artist was Travis Scott, followed by Yeat, Wiz Khalifa, Anitta and Ice Spice.
The guest artists have prepared legendary moments, superlative experiences. For them, BEACH, PLEASE! it’s not just a concert, but also the best platform to promote a new release or do an exclusive show.
This year, many premieres were performed, choreographies and moments were prepared from scratch especially for Beach, Please!the artists seriously investing in their performance, bringing scenography, dancers or even motorcycles on stage, to make the best possible show.
Beyond music
The festival was designed as a complete experience for Gen Z. In addition to the 4 stages, Beach, Please! 2024 had a basketball court, a skatepark, a ferris wheel, bumper cars, an official merch area, punch machines, 40 sponsor activations, a food area with over 100 vendors, 13 bar areas, 5 medical points, 11 top-up points for loading bracelets with money, 7 large-scale art installations, commissioned by Romanian visual artists, and the two VIP and ULTRA-VIP platforms.
“We like to do things that really matter to festival-goers. One of the most appreciated initiatives was the installation of water boots inside the festival, so that everyone can hydrate for free if they want. It seemed like something small, but people appreciated it super much,” he says Sally.
@beachplease IS THE BEACH FREE PLEASE
FOMO all year round
Beach, Please! was conceived from the beginning as a “digital powerhouse”. The strategy paid off: today, the festival’s accounts have more than 2,100,000 followers. The content posted during this year’s festival alone generated 500 million views on the official accounts.
The festival brand creates original content throughout the year, including formats such as Beach, Please! News and Beach, Please! Podcastkeeping their audience continuously connected and engaged. It is the festival with the most user-generated content in Romania, and fans stay connected to the festival vibe permanently.
“What makes Beach, Please! different is that it’s not just a festival, but a real ‘marketing machine’ that runs non-stop, 365 days a year.
The live stream on YouTube gathers hundreds of thousands of people watching us, from home, at the same time. The moments of the artists, cut from the broadcast and posted on YouTube, add up to another million views. That generates continuous audience and visibility both for the festival itself and for the artists,” he says Sally.

A festival for Gen Z
But how did Beach, Please! the biggest festival in Romania, online & offline, in only three editions? From Selly’s desire to create something for Generation Z, a place where they can feel they belong, where they can feel free and be seen as they are.
And it worked. The new generations needed a space for expression and meeting, a festival dedicated to their world.
Beach, Please! 2025 has so far sold a record number of 80,000 tickets in pre-sale, being the best-selling event in Romania during the pre-sale period.
“We are proud of the fact that 80,000 people bought their tickets without the line-up being announced. This fact proves more than anything the public’s loyalty and trust in the Beach, Please brand! Our line-up this year was definitely above people’s expectations, and that makes us have this absolute pre-sale record for 2025,” said Sally.
Beach, Please! knew how to gather in one place everything that defines Generation Z. Adrenaline, spectacle, freedom, a space that generates waves online all year round, a platform that celebrates the new generations and speaks their language. size Beach, Please! from 2024 also showed the power of Gen Z: the generation that can create and deserves the biggest festival in Romania.
