The Red Cross of Slovenia is starting to collect aid for Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was affected by severe floods. For now, they are only collecting financial aid.
Contributions are collected by transfers to the transaction account of the Red Cross of Slovenia and by sending SMS messages POPLAVE5 ali FLOODING 10 to the number 1919with which five or ten euros are contributed. They are not currently collecting material aid.

Today, the Red Cross of Slovenia has already transferred 5,000 euros from the solidarity fund to the National Society of the Red Cross of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At least 14 people lost their lives in the floods that engulfed parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially the southern and central parts, on Friday night. The authorities expect the number of victims to rise. Several people are missing and injured, and the damage is already considerable. Due to the catastrophic situation, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has declared a state of natural disaster in the area of the entire entity.
