The report from the Ministry of Labor that agrees with Nacho Cano

Nacho Cano grants an exclusive interview to ‘Code 10’, in which he responds from the set to the controversies of the known as ‘Malinche Case’. The artist faces trial after the complaint from a former internLesly, who maintains that Cano hired irregular way twenty scholarship holders, from Mexico, for their musical ‘Malinche’. A few hours ago in ‘Code 10’ we received, exclusively, the report from the Ministry of Labor that agrees with Cano, as it maintains that there is “no irregularity.”

Nacho Cano’s interview in ‘Código 10’ takes place when the composer is in the middle of the investigation for the alleged illegal hiring of twenty interns for his musical ‘Malinche’.

A few days ago we learned of the judge’s decision to reject some evidence from Cano’s defense. These are WhatsApp messages that the artist presented to try to prove Lesly’s alleged blackmail. The judge considered that these messages were “irrelevant” to the investigation and, in response, Cano’s lawyers presented an appeal with new evidence.

From ‘Código 10’ we have had exclusive access to several of Lesly’s evidence, such as her expulsion letter or the unpublished audios in which the young Mexican asks the ‘Malinche’ team for money after her expulsion from the scholarship program .

This same afternoon, ‘Code 10’ also received, exclusively, the Ministry of Labor report which, after an investigation, rules that there is no “no irregularities.”
