The Acting Director of the Police Administration, Lazar Šćepanović, said that the media are invaluable for society, emphasizing their role in providing truthful and timely information to the public, protecting democratic values, and giving a voice to those who do not have it.
In his congratulatory message on the occasion of the New Year 2025, Šćepanović, on his own behalf and on behalf of the Police Administration, wished media workers good health, personal happiness and professional success, stressing the importance of creating conditions in which they will be able to perform their work freely, courageously and without fear.
